Omayra has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 with a passion for the holistic roots of bodywork that go beyond relaxation. Her passion to help her clients understand the benefits of therapeutic massage for the mind, body and spirit inspired the name of her practice.
At Rooted Body Wellness clients can expect a therapeutic session tailored to their specific conditions. While massage can be relaxing in nature, Omayra’s pressure is medium to firm with a fluid technique.
